It gives me great pride to introduce Jinzai Connect Pvt. Ltd., a company built on the vision of connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

My journey began with my study experience in Japan, where I gained firsthand understanding of Japanese culture, work ethics, discipline, and industrial standards. This experience shaped my long-term commitment to building a bridge between Nepal and Japan.

Since 2015, I have been operating a Japanese language and cultural training institution in Nepal, successfully preparing engineers, students, and aspiring professionals for their academic and professional careers in Japan. Through structured language education, cultural training, and mindset development, we have helped hundreds of candidates align with Japanese workplace expectations.

In 2018, I expanded this vision by starting professional human resource introductions to Japan. Over the years, we have introduced skilled engineers, IT professionals, and various sector workers into the Japanese labor market.

Through several visits to Japan, regular meetings with Japanese companies, industry stakeholders, and continuous feedback from both employers and candidates, I have gained valuable insights into the evolving needs of Japanese industries and the strengths of Nepali manpower.

I strongly believe that:
