Since 2015, he has been operating a Japanese language and cultural training institution in Nepal, successfully preparing engineers, students, and aspiring professionals for their academic and professional careers in Japan. Through structured language education, cultural training, and mindset development, we have helped hundreds of candidates align with Japanese workplace expectations.
In 2018, he expanded this vision by starting professional human resource introductions to Japan. Over the years, we have introduced skilled engineers, IT professionals, and various sector workers into the Japanese labor market.
Through several visits to Japan, regular meetings with Japanese companies, industry stakeholders, and continuous feedback from both employers and candidates, I have gained valuable insights into the evolving needs of Japanese industries and the strengths of Nepali manpower.

Mr. Saroj Lama has been residing in Osaka, Japan for over 10 years, gaining extensive experience in Japanese language, culture, and industry practices.
He holds JLPT N1 level Japanese language certification, demonstrating advanced proficiency and deep understanding of professional communication in Japan. With real-world experience in Japanese industries, he possesses strong practical knowledge of workplace systems, labor regulations, and operational standards.
Mr. Lama has hands-on experience working with:

His expertise enables him to effectively manage coordination between Japanese employers and Nepali workers..

Ashish Lama, Director
Mr. Ashish Lama is the youngest director in our leadership team and represents the new generation of dynamic and forward-thinking leadership within Jinzai Connect Pvt. Ltd.
He completed his Japanese language studies in Japan and achieved JLPT N2 level proficiency, gaining valuable exposure to Japanese education systems, culture, and professional standards. After returning to Nepal, he took responsibility for operating and expanding Hachiko Japanese Language & Culture Center.
When he began managing the institution, it started with only 2 staff members and 5 students. Through his strong leadership, structured management, and vision-driven approach, the center has grown significantly and now operates with:
- 400+ active students annually
- 15 professional staff members
- Structured Japanese language and cultural training programs
Under his leadership, the institution has developed into a well-organized and trusted training center, producing industry-ready candidates for Japan.
