Our Previous Experience 

Jinzai Connect has strong previous experience in introducing skilled and qualified Nepali candidates to Japan under different employment and training categories. We have successfully supported candidates under the Gijinkoku / Highly Skilled Professional category, including IT engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and civil engineers. 

In addition, we have introduced candidates under the Specified Skilled Worker I category, especially in nursing care, food service, and agriculture, while bus driving and truck driving candidates are currently under process. We also have experience supporting candidates under the Technical Intern Training Program, including agriculture, manufacturing, construction, nursing care, and dry-cleaning sectors. 

With practical experience across technical, service, care, agriculture, driving, and industrial sectors, Jinzai Connect is well-positioned to support Japanese employers by providing disciplined, skilled, and workplace-ready human resources from Nepal.

At Hachiko, we provide:
